Trading Crypto takes places on centralized and decentralized exchanges. Centralized are easier to regulate as there is a legal entity that is liable. Decentralized are more discrete, less regulated and enable crypto to crypto trading. But are the traders aware of the rules they are subject to? 

Crypto are getting traction all around the world, also bringing risks of Money Laundering, and environmental costs. Could and should regulation  tackle these issues?
