She specialises in venture capital and corporate law, advising multinational companies, financial institutions, private equity and real estate funds on the structuring, financing and implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganisations and refinancing. Recently, she has been tasked with assisting various regulated entities and companies in the context of Brexit and advising on restructurings for recovery in the context of Covid-19 pandemic.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar since 2013.

Fouzia Benyahia holds a master 2 in litigation, a master 2 in business and tax law and a corporate jurist diploma (DJCE) from the University of Nancy 2 (France), as well as a certificate of specialisation in business and corporate law from the University of Montpellier 1 (France).
