Our Tax Practice is recognized as one of the strongest and largest tax teams in Luxembourg, with a growing client base that includes multinationals, financial institutions, asset managers and high net worth individuals. Our tax practitioners work across borders and practice areas to advise clients on local and international tax law issues, including developing innovative transfer pricing strategies based on our tax and economic analyses.
Our Funds & Asset Management team, ranked among the top 10 in the country, provides investors and fund promoters with a full suite of services for regulated and unregulated investment vehicles. Our Banking & Finance team has thorough knowledge of professional regulations, which enables us to assist banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in their establishment, acquisitions and reorganizations.
We provide counsel at each stage of M&A transactions as well as complex domestic and cross-border integrations and restructurings. Our Private Equity and Real Estate teams advise sponsors, banks and management teams on leveraged public and private buyouts, combining our money-center deal experience with cross-border capability and local market expertise.
