Arthur Ciesielski, a German national, has more than a decade of extensive experience in corporate finance, corporate services, and financial auditing. He is the Chief Financial Officer at United International Management S.A., where he has worked since 2019. Mr Ciesielski possesses in-depth knowledge in financial, accounting and operational fields, including, but not limited to reporting and regulatory returns, forecasting and business planning, financial and cost controls, liquidity management and auditing. Before joining United, he worked at Alter Domus Luxembourg S.à r.l. (2017–2019) and Ernst & Young S.A. (2014–2017). Mr Ciesielski holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken.
