Accredited as Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Luxembourg for Great Britain and Northern Ireland in April 2021, Fleur Thomas is an experienced UK Government senior civil servant. She has worked primarily in the Ministry of Defence, and has experience in the Department for International Trade. In her last Ministry of Defence role, she was the Head of Exports for UK Defence. She is also proud to have founded the organisation Defence Relationship Management that seeks support from UK businesses to support the UK Armed Forces and their families. In her early career years, she worked as British Airways Cabin Crew, and then held a portfolio career, including as an Associate Lecturer for the Open University’s MBA Programme.
