New year, new habits: coaching workshops

Paperjam.lu

Kick those bad habits in 2015 with the help of two workshops (in English) from leading Luxembourg coaches.

On January 19th, the International Coach Federation (ICF) will host two workshops focusing on changing one's thinking and relationship toxins in the workplace.

The first: “Different thinking, tangible change”, will be given by Claudia Presber and will explore how, using the body and mind, we can create a shift that matters.

The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in personal growth.

The second workshop: “The four horsemen, relationship toxins @ work”, will be given by Yvonne O’Reilly and looks at the "Four horsemen of the Apocalypse", a powerful concept used by relationship expert and best selling author, John Gottman to describe four toxic behaviours.

This workshop is aimed at coaches, business leaders and HR professionals who care about relationships.

In addition, two workshops will be run in French at the same venue.

Practical information:

Participation costs 15 euros for ICF members, 25 euros for non-members.
