Travel back in time to the medieval period with jesters, music, juggling, shows and more.

“Over nine days, more than 100 participants will fill the entire castle complex with medieval life and ensure a varied programme,” says the event website. There will be “knights’ camps, fire and combat shows, jesters, minnesingers and bird of prey demonstrations allow young and old to immerse themselves in a bygone era. In addition to knightly romance, medieval music and jugglers’ fun, visitors can expect a wonderful medieval market with handicrafts, calligraphy and all kinds of delicacies.”

Adult entrance fees are €11, student tickets cost €7, children (6-12 years old) enter for €3. Family and group tickets are also available.

The festival will be open from Saturday 27 July until Sunday 4 August 2024, from 10:00 to 19:00 (last entrance at 18:00).
