Learn to make authentic Neapolitan pizza with award-winning pizzaiolo Francesco Micillo. (Classes are also available for gluten-free pizza, Roman-style, sourdough bread, focaccia and brioche.)

Francesco Micillo grew up in Naples and made his first pizza at the age of 11. His restaurant Cloud Factory was recently named the 36th best pizzeria in Europe by the prestigious Top 50 Pizza guide. ( with him.)

The two-hour pizza workshops take place on Wednesdays (7:00pm), Thursdays (7:00pm) and Sundays (12:00pm and 7:00pm) and cost €65.90. Registration is closed a week ahead of the workshop, so it’s best to plan ahead.

The language of the workshop is subject to what the participants speak. Each session can be given in English and/or French and/or Italian.

For small groups (max. 8 people) the workshops take place in Micillo’s cooking studio in Differdange. Larger groups meet in the Cloud Factory restaurant in Esch.

Note: there will be no workshops from 1-14 July 2023.
