Over the past years, the legislation around exchange of information has been evolving at a staggering pace. The Luxembourg regulatory framework concerning CRS and FATCA has followed suit by enacting the Law of 18 June 2020 (“the 2020 Law”) amending the existing FATCA and CRS legislations.  We are delighted to deliver this workshop to engage and exchange ideas on the new obligations awaiting Luxembourg Investment Entities. We will share our experience on AEOI compliance programs contemplated by the 2020 Law to highlight the red flags and best practices we have encountered as practitioners. We will also devote a significant part of the conference to examine what the new addition of the 2020 Law: the Register of Actions entails for financial institutions.
