Understanding how to organize the transfer of your business is not easy. It is necessary to prepare in advance to have a roadmap to follow in case of unplanned transmission (death, conflict, industrial incident), as well as one for planned transmission (growth, retirement) by adopting the necessary measures to protect your company and your estate.

This workshop will allow you to acquire the reflexes to better organize the transfer of your company, and thus avoid conflictual or prejudicial situations, by learning to target risks according to the types of services provided by your company (inventory, human, contractual) and to use the legal tools at your disposal (articles, shareholders' agreements, voting pacts, guarantees for assets-liabilities).
