Katia Gauzès is a partner in the corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and the private wealth practices of Arendt & Medernach. She advises clients in structuring and financing international transactions as well as structuring of private wealth for high net worth individuals.
Claude Medernach is a counsel in the private wealth practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in tax and estate planning advising both, national and international high net worth families and entrepreneurs in the legal structuring of their private wealth and investments.
