Developing quality of life at work

Let’s just face it : well being at work is not only about having the best cappuccino machine. But you knew that… it is a recipe with a base of comfort, a hint of service, and a lot of performance and communication.  Care to become the barista of well-being at work? Join in! (Promise: we won’t make you write your name on a cup)

This event is unfortunately sold out. You can still register on the waiting list in case a place becomes available via .

Well-being at work is the Eldorado for many companies simply because it is key to attract and keep talents. Times have changed: workers are no longer just workers … they are parents, athletes, cooks, planet saviors, home makers etc…  and they also have a job. So the pay check or some services no longer suffice (well, sometimes they still do) to make them feel happy at work. Why? Because we just want to be happy!

The purpose of this session is to :

- Understand what hides behind well-being at work and key factors to success

- Learn on some ways to increase the well being in your office (or outside) : there is a very wide panel of options and so many great examples to talk about…

- Realize the importance of communication in all of this journey : remember that the grass is always greener on the other side… unless you know that you have the rarest softest greenest grass on your side.

- Create dynamics, ownership of the team for the subject of well-being so that well-being in your company is the greenest grass out there!
