A successful employee integration is becoming a challenging issue for companies today. During this workshop, we will share our experience and how we are dealing with this multifaceted subject.

A complete and successful integration for us, is not only restricted to the induction day or week. It is expanding to the following 6 months, with the end of the probation period and even further with the entire career journey. How are the objectives set for the newjoiner aligned with their development? Does the newjoiner have a clear picture of the career path they wish to follow with our company? What are the necessary steps to take in order to reach the different levels of seniority? How is the performance review structured throughout the year? What role does the line manager play?
