Wirecard: Is technology really the bad guy?

The fintech and fraud lawyer Nadia Manzari speaks to the Institute for Financial Integrity and Sustainability about the €1.9bn Wirecard accounting scandal.
Manzari, a partner at the law firm of Schiltz & Schiltz, will deliver a speech entitled: “Synopsis of the Wirecard case--is technology really the bad guy? At the crossroads of technological risk and human behaviour”.
Prior to joining Schiltz & Schiltz in 2018, Manzari spent 17 years at Luxembourg’s financial regulator, the CSSF, most recently as head of the innovation, payment, market infrastructure and government department.
IFIS promotes ethical and sustainable practices in Luxembourg’s financial sector.
