Furthermore, sending out email with large files become a technical problem as they might not pass through. Travelling around the word will require VPN connections to the home server. Those connection might be many timewise interrupted as Wi-Fi network are very often overloaded.

Archiving documents and sharing them with third parties in a fast, simple and secured way become crucial for the development of projects, restructuring of financing, all kind of processes of due diligence and transaction but also during legal process of arbitration and litigation. The usage of cloud-based platform (also called virtual data rooms) represents nowadays the state of the art.
