Supply Chain VAT and Customs duties - How Indirect Tax may impact your Supply Chain strategy?

Tax Connected

Customs regulations and Intra-community VAT mechanisms have to be taken into account within Supply Chains from and to the European Union.

A compliant approach will avoid risks such as fines and penalties, additional costs and delays. Furthermore, a good implementation of Indirect Tax legislation may offer some savings, improve cash flow and decrease administrative burden. This workshop will raise the awareness of the participants around various topics such as Customs procedures and regimes, Incoterms, Authorized Economic 0perator, fiscal representation and VAT simplification measures.
