The purpose of the breakfast conference will be to review the concrete possibilities of obtaining the annulment of decisions adopted by the general meetings and management bodies of Luxembourg companies.

In this context, the new provisions introduced in this area by Article 100-22 (formerly 12 septies) of the law of 10 August 1915 (as amended) will be discussed.
