Yves Philippart de Foy is a counsel in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He advises on national and international tax issues with a focus on regulated and unregulated fund structuring, private equity, real estate and finance transactions, as well as private wealth structuring for Luxembourg resident and non-resident high-net-worth individuals. He is also involved in transactions relating to Spanish and Latin American investments and investors.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2015, he worked as a senior tax advisor with one of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where he mainly advised on regulated and unregulated real estate investment structures, holding and financing activities and cross-border corporate reorganisations.

Yves Philippart de Foy is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.

Yves Philippart de Foy holds a master’s in business law as well as an advanced master’s in tax law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).
