En amont de l’événement Start-up Stories: Round 1 organisé par le Paperjam Club le mardi 25 février à Den Atelier, le représentant de la société Greenwich Dealing Luxembourg, Franck Chatillon, partage sa vision d’entrepreneur.

What are the required qualities to launch your startup?

“- Being convinced by the solution we offer, being passionate, being able to federate the team around your story and vision;

- Being 200% dedicated to the project;

- Having the good people with us;

- Seeing the glass half full…

Do you have any advice for those who are still hesitating to get started?

“If you are convinced by your product and have enough resources like treasury and key people with you, GO!

My advice: it is a full-time job, make sure the partners you have are in the same page.

We often hear that it is essential to make mistakes. What do you think of that?

“I would rather say… We learn from our mistakes…

We can see direct effects of our decisions… a mistake is my mistake… I cannot blame anyone except me… The most difficult decision you have to make is key staff and recruitment process…”
