The Paperjam + Delano Club welcomes a new member: Andrew Phillips Luxembourg Sàrl. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Andrew Phillips. – “At , we’re really in the business of nurturing vibrant, healthy, happy communities – residential neighbourhoods, workplaces, hotels and cultural institutions. Professionally, we are architects, urbanists and interior designers. Building beautiful towns and buildings requires a real team effort and we enjoy listening and collaborating. Our guiding lights are conceptual rigour, elegance, prudence and empathy. These help us conceptualise, plan and execute enriching, beautiful, high-quality environments.

You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Club. What are your reasons for joining?

“We can’t build a beautiful future Luxembourg on our own. It will take visionary landowners, project sponsors and investors along with the talented and energetic people from all professions. We expect to find them by engaging with Paperjam’s vital society. Our London office started making projects in Luxembourg in 2013, including urban plans, office buildings and homes in Gasperich, Strassen and Schifflange. Our new studio in Cessange is committed to Luxembourg’s bright future.

What are you looking for? And what do you think you can offer to the members you will meet there?

“We’ve a broad portfolio, including beautiful private homes in Manhattan, museums in Mexico City, law courts in Barcelona, schools in Paris, luxury hotels in Miami and Egypt, and a sporting-event buildings in Valencia. In each of these places we have been able to bring a fresh perspective to the local scene while building strong connections with it. We’re looking forward to hearing all kinds of points of view. We relish the real qualities of life and we enjoy meeting those who understand it too.”
