In 2012 Françoise initiated Hontoy Communication, a company dedicated to enabling change and fostering development. She is a certified Process Communication Coach and Trainer. Prior to this, she worked as an IT specialist for multinational businesses with 20 years of experience in project and change management for teams. As JCI Luxembourg National President she launched the contest Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg. She continues to volunteer within Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Luxembourg and throughout the world providing numerous training hours.
