She specialises in advising domestic and multinational companies as well as listed companies and private equity and real estate funds on the structuring and implementation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and refinancing, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate finance and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Valentina d’Eufemia studied English law and French law at the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) and at the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV (France), and holds a master of laws (LL.M.) from University College London (United Kingdom).

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in June 2018.
