Expériences professionnelles: One year of experience as a junior associate in a law firm in Luxembourg in the Corporate, Banking and Finance department.
Compétences techniques: Drafting and negotiating legal documents in French and English for a range of international clients; advising clients on commercial documents in the fields of commercial law, banking law, corporate law, investment funds law, regulation, securities and insolvency law; interpreting EU and Luxembourg legal texts (directives, regulations, guidelines, etc.); bilingual in French and English, with a good command of Luxembourgish and understanding of German and Italian; proven ability to solve legal problems in a methodical and practical way; ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing; self-motivated with a proven ability to work well in a team.
Ce que je peux apporter à l’entreprise: Through my academic and professional experience, I have learnt how to serve international clients and how to nurture relationships with such clients. I am deeply convinced that it is a crucial part of growing a successful career as a business lawyer. I have a high degree of professional awareness, solid legal knowledge and excellent communication and drafting skills. I am confident, tactful and articulate, and I can work autonomously or as part of a team in challenging environments.

Ma vision de l’entreprise: In my opinion a company should, on the one hand, be dedicated to its clients’ success by being solution-driven and focused on its clients’ objectives, and constantly adapting its expertise to the market evolution in order to be able to provide the best services. On the other hand, I am convinced that in order to achieve this goal a company has to invest in the constant training and well-being of its employees. The perfect company would be the one that would allow me to work and evolve in a courteous and cultivated atmosphere.
