Where did you get the idea for your startup?

Vincent Villem. – “At the beginning, RegulPlus has been set up to manage our portfolio of clients and reporting obligations. The market did not offer an affordable solution covering both the sanction database elements, the decision and the associated documentation management. We have been convinced by our clients and colleagues that such a tool was needed on the market. They tell us that the virtual compliance assistant of RegulPlus is a digital solution for almost all types of business.

From the idea to its realisation, there is only one step… and yet. What triggered your entrepreneurial adventure?

“Being an entrepreneur is a constant source of energy. The best part is the ability to create something from nothing and to contribute to something larger than yourself.

We are a service provider and we love helping business owners to face their own challenges and to focus on growing their businesses.

Do you have any advice to give to those who are still hesitant to get started?

“The only way to succeed in business is to take action. Success is not straightforward and, as an entrepreneur, you are also going to come across some difficult moments.

But if you do something you love or believe in, you will do everything with your ability to make it work. Startup companies have the means to step in where bigger companies cannot necessarily fill the gaps.”
