She specialises in local and international transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as the set-up and structuring of groups of companies and joint ventures in Luxembourg.
Séverine Brasseur also advises clients on the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms for their transactions.
She is a member of the Paris (2010), Frankfurt (2014) and Luxembourg Bars (2017).
Séverine Brasseur holds a Magister Legum (LL.M.) from the Universität zu Köln (Germany), a Franco-German master’s (maîtrise franco-allemande) from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a master 2 in international private law and international commercial law (droit international privé et du commerce international) from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas.
She is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
