Saniyé Tipirdamaz is a counsel in the Bank Lending & Structured Finance practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She specialises in banking and finance, with focuses on acquisition finance, asset finance (aircraft, rail and ship), fund finance, real estate finance, project finance, structured finance, securities transactions, refinancing, issuance of debt instruments, restructuring and insolvency. She also advises clients on the legal enforceability of set-off, netting and collateral arrangements with respect to cross-border transactions and related insolvency risks.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011. She is also a member of the ALJB (Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Droit Bancaire).

Saniyé Tipirdamaz joined Arendt & Medernach in 2011.

She holds an LL.M. in banking and finance law from the University of Luxembourg and a master’s in business law from the University of Strasbourg (France). She also holds a master’s in law from the University of Leicester (United Kingdom).
