Sabrina assists clients in a broad range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructurings, liquidations and joint ventures.
Sabrina holds a double law degree in English and French Law from King’s College London and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2006). She obtained a master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris and London (2008) and a master’s degree in International Economic Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2009).
Sabrina was admitted to List I of the Luxembourg Bar in January 2023 (Avocat à la Cour). She was also admitted to the role of solicitors of England and Wales in 2012 and to the Paris Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining in 2017, Sabrina worked for six years as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure department of the Paris office of an international law firm. She also worked for one year in the general corporate and litigation departments of the London office of that same law firm.
