Nom: Popescu

Prénom: Fabiana

Âge: 23

Emploi recherché: Legal adviser, legal counsel, jurist.

Cursus: Bachelor in English law (University of Leicester), Bachelor in French law (University of Strasbourg) and Master in international and European law (University of Strasbourg).

Expériences professionnelles: One year of experience in a law firm in Luxembourg in the Banking and Capital Markets Department, as well as internships in the legal sector in both Luxembourg and Belgium.

Compétences techniques: Drafting legal documents, such as corporate documents, security documents and legal opinions; assisting in the negotiation of legal documents, regulatory work such as advising on specific questions and updating regulatory material; translating legal documents, presentations and file management.

Ce que je peux apporter à l’entreprise: Having lived, studied and worked in different countries has greatly influenced my way of communicating and integrating into new environments. Such adaptability, along with my drive for learning, my diligence and my natural organisation abilities, is, in my opinion, of great use to a company hiring young people.

Centres d’intérêt: Travelling, reading, cooking and cinematography.

Ma vision de l’entreprise: In my view, a company should be client-oriented and committed to delivering excellence while remaining flexible and innovative in order to keep pace with an ever-evolving market. I believe that investing in the professional development of its employees by offering trainings and stimulating their potential for growth is a key aspect to success. My ideal working environment would consist of multicultural and open-minded teams who collaborate closely and share know-how.
