Rachel advises investment fund promoters and other financial institutions on the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations, as well as on regulatory matters. Rachel’s practice focuses on collective asset management and investment funds, with a particular emphasis on funds following liquid strategies (e.g. Ucits, SIF, Part II funds) but also on other types of funds (e.g. Eltif). She is part of the firm’s sustainable finance task force.

Rachel has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
