Sir Van den Oord, could you please, in a few words, describe for us your company’s activity?

“Saro Recruitment offers recruitment services for permanent staffing in the accounting, finance & banking and legal sectors. Most of our consultants have worked on the client side prior to joining Saro and have crafted large networks within their fields.

We believe that recruitment can be done more carefully, sincerely and with more passion; essential qualities for connecting candidates with clients. Rather than putting dozens of CVs on your desk, we prefer to deliver the three best candidates.

You have just joined the Paperjam Club. What convinced you to do so?

“We wanted the opportunity to meet new people, clients and candidates, and you offer events that will allow us to do so: from workshops to networking in French and English.

What in particular are you looking to get from the Club? And what does your organisation have to offer to other Club members?

“As experts in recruitment, we hope to meet candidates and potential clients. The Paperjam club is also useful for name recognition; not only for marketing, but also the opportunity to attend the different events that are held. What we can offer to other members is an insight into the recruitment market and its trends; we are in constant contact with people looking for work and companies looking to recruit, and therefore have an excellent overview of the recruitment market and where it is headed.”
