“There is no particular challenge for Luxembourg in terms of transparency. There has been a global trend towards tax transparency in recent years. Not only has Luxembourg been part of this trend, it has been leading it as an early adopter.

What are the strengths of Luxembourg financial centre?

“As the leading international financial centre in the Eurozone and second in the EU after London, Luxembourg is uniquely specialised in cross-border financial services… and thanks to its openness to new trends and innovation, the financial centre has continuously been able to diversify its activities and services.”
