Philippe Wery, 50, has just founded in Q1 2022 theCatalysts. He acts as Chief executive officer and also leads the Strategy & Transaction Advisory services and the solutions to the Public & Commercial Companies segments, with more than 20 years of experience in management positions and entrepreneurial challenges.

Prior to that, he founded and managed for several years as CEO the consulting company of Arendt (ABA), after acting as entrepreneur in the green energy sector and CEO of the solar business of a large listed group, and over 10 years as management consultant in Arthur Andersen Belgium and Ernst & Young Luxembourg. Throughout his career, he acted as advisor to private and public decision makers and senior executives in small to large organizations in Belgium, Luxembourg and abroad.

He was also lecturer in cost and performance management at a renowned business school.
