Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?
Steve Vermeer, Jeff Burmeister and Henry Schröder-Castendyck. – “ advises two real estate sub-funds active in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Since the launches in 2019 and 2022, the funds have invested in 20 residential development projects in Luxembourg. As of today, we are developing more than 200,000sqm, independently partly with JV partners. In the Netherlands, the fund has invested in two social housing portfolios with 228 units and has developed 37 energy neutral houses.
You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Business Club. What are your reasons for joining?
