The new merger will bring, among other benefits, enhanced service offering, economies of scale, client servicing continuity and improvement of operational flows.
The Board of Directors includes Marie-Jeanne Chèvremont (Chairman), Nicolaus Bocklandt, Géry Daeninck, Claude Kremer, Yves Wagner, and Patrick Zurstrassen. Patrick Zurstrassen will also be president of the management committee, which will be composed of managers from both companies.
