The Paperjam + Delano Club welcomes a new member: Pure Lambda. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Leo Benkel. – “After 10 years spent in the heart of Silicon Valley, I decided to move back to Europe. Luxembourg proved itself as a forward-looking and innovative country. In this thriving context, I founded , an advising company, which provides mentoring and advisory services to help startups, scaleups, and funds to solve their challenges pragmatically and innovatively. I offer my expertise as an advisor for companies who want to achieve engineering excellence and drive sustainable growth.

You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Club. What are your reasons for joining?

“Luxembourg might be small, but it is a growing innovation hub combining an international financial and tech center with a multilingual and diverse community. The networking opportunities are core to developing my activities. With more than 1,200 active companies registered and many events on the agenda organised throughout the year, I joined the Paperjam + Delano Club to efficiently exchange with a network of professionals and decision makers.

What are you looking for? And what do you think you can offer to the members you will meet there?

“I am interested in the Paperjam + Delano Club as I wish to exchange ideas and discuss. I would like to discover other expertise and different industries. I want to bring to the Club my technical expertise as an engineer, share my business experience from Silicon Valley while adding my contribution to the ’upskilling’ question. I have developed open source libraries and I am managing online communities, a potential added value for other members of the Club.”
