Prior to joining , Mercedes worked as a Supervising Associate in the Investment Funds department of an independent leading law firm in Luxembourg. Before that, Mercedes worked for over three years in Spain in the Legal Corporate department of two international companies. Mercedes also worked for over five years in the Legal Corporate department of international law firms and companies in Venezuela.
Sascha holds a first and second State Examination in Law from Germany and an LLM in Tax Law from the Queen Mary University in London. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he also worked as Supervising Associate for several years in an independent leading law firm in Luxembourg in the investment funds and tax department.
Both are focusing on the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated investment funds and advising clients on all related legal, corporate and regulatory aspects.
