The Paperjam + Delano Club welcomes a new member: mondaycoach. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

Alexia Hetzel. —“My coaching and consulting activity, mondaycoach , caters for the specific needs of people with a particular neurological and behavioural profile, commonly called ‘neuroatypicals’ (ADHD, gifted, autism spectrum, etc.). Those often very creative and nonconformist individuals represent an untapped pool of efficiency and innovation potential for companies. I’m here to help companies to better see, understand, recruit and integrate neuroatypicals, to make the most of their unique strengths.

You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Club. What are your reasons for joining?

“I’ve wanted to be part of the Club for a while, and I think that coming back ‘out there’ post-pandemic just felt like the right time to finally do it! During the pandemic, I managed to acquire a solid base of individual clients worldwide (US, UK, Bermuda, Portugal, Japan… and some locals!) and I love it. But one of the main reasons why I got into the coaching and consulting field was to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the corporate world.

What are you looking for? And what do you think you can offer to the members you will meet there?

“Taking the pulse of what C-suite, HR and other professionals are looking for in terms of their talent diversity will be interesting. I’m looking forward to meaningful conversations with members of the Luxembourg business community about how they plan to innovate, differentiate themselves and make a dent in their market, and how they plan to transform or recruit to do it.”
