The Paperjam + Delano Club welcomes Kaizen Reporting as a new member. Introduction in three questions.

Can you, in a few words, summarise the activity of your company?

Dario Crispini. — “At Kaizen Reporting, we’ve combined regulatory expertise and technology to develop award winning services for trade and transaction reporting assurance, shareholding disclosure and a digital platform to manage regulatory change. Whether it’s MiFIR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, SFTR or another G20 regulation, we exist to make working with regulation manageable and we are proud to call many of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds and brokers our clients.

You have just joined the Paperjam + Delano Club. What are the reasons that prompted you to do this?

“We’ve joined the Paperjam + Delano Club to learn more about the local market and news, to participate in and attend local events and finally to connect with other companies and professionals in the FinTech, RegTech and Financial Services sectors in Luxembourg. With our planned expansion into Europe, we believe firms in Luxembourg will benefit significantly from our unique approach to assurance testing.

What are you looking for? And what do you think you can offer the members you will meet there?

“We have helped many large institutions from across the world meet their regulatory requirements, transform their reporting accuracy and reduce their risk of disciplinary action and fines. We would like to connect with financial institutions in Luxembourg to share stories, learn from their experience in our sector and introduce our regulatory services which aim to make working with regulation easier for Legal & Compliance professionals in financial services.”
