LHH: expertise complementary in the management and growing shortage of skills

After a 12-month period of co-branding, to progressively share this information, our goal was to inform partners and candidates of this new identity.

This strategic merger aims to meet the growing needs of companies in terms of HR expertise and the capacity to manage the attraction of skills on a local and international scale for Luxembourg.

LHH now combines the two complementary areas of expertise of Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional: recruitment (permanent, fixed-term, temporary, consulting), executive recruiting, career transition, coaching, training, and skills assessment are now possible under the same brand.

LHH can find the best talent, both for executive and middle management positions, in all key sectors of the Luxembourg economy, through a team of 35+ people in Luxembourg, who have been present for 20 years for the Badenoch + Clark team and 30 years for Spring Professional (formerly Ajilon).

LHH is still managed by as Managing Director of the former Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional.
