She specialises in investment fund law, advising domestic and international clients on the corporate and organisational aspects of the structuring and operations of Luxembourg investment funds and management companies.

She has accumulated years of experience working on legal and regulatory matters in the investment fund industry, and now dedicates all of her time to microfinance and social impact projects.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.

Laetitia Duren holds a master’s in law from the Université d’Aix-Marseille (France).
