Since March 2018, she has been advising major domestic and foreign commercial companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on a wide range of business and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on acquisition and restructuring operations. Kim is a member of the Luxembourg and Paris Bar Associations. She regularly commits to pro bono and responsible business initiatives, notably in favor of MSF Luxembourg.
