After obtaining a LLM in Globalisation and Law at the Maastricht University, Kelly worked for several Luxembourg law firms. She is a French native speaker, bilingual in English and Spanish, and she is a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since May 2021.

She advises Luxembourg and international companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on cross border transactional work and restructuring operations. She assists major domestic and foreign commercial companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on corporate governance, general corporate legal issues and commercial advice.
