Karine is with BDO in Luxembourg since April 2021. Prior to that she spent almost 20 years in the Human Capital consulting practice of a Big 4 firm. She has an extensive knowledge in talent & performance management, competence modelling, leadership development, HR processes transformation & optimisation, job evaluation and grading, HR regulations, INFPC report. She assists clients from both financial and non-financial areas.
