She has joined BDO from Deloitte Luxembourg, where she was a Director for HR Business Consulting. With focus to provide excellent customer service, Karine will expand the HR Advisory practice and strengthen the position of BDO in Luxembourg as the leading service provider for all HR-related services.

Karine has more than a 20-year career as a senior executive of Human Capital Consulting and advisory experience with effective HR strategy, talent management, leadership development and HR organisational transformation expertise.
