Jelena specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. 

Jelena advises clients across various industries, ranging from startups to established multinational corporations. Her experience includes advising on general corporate matters, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity structures.

Jelena holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business Law and Law and Technology from UC Berkeley School of Law, and a master’s degree in Law from the University of Rijeka, Croatia.

Prior to joining in 2021, Jelena practiced as an M&A and corporate lawyer for seven years.
