Where did you get the idea for your start-up?
Gilles Moro. – “I worked for Orange Group (for prepaid cards) over than 15 years ago. I wanted to adapt prepaid calling prepaid card to prepaid card to buy online and make the payment as fluid and secured as possible.
I’ve always wanted to find a solution to pay with CASH on Internet, innovation is my first motivation.
From the idea to its realisation, there is only one step… What was the trigger for your entrepreneurial adventure?
“You need to get ready to make personal sacrifice, a certain part of dream also has to motivate you. You need to have confidence in yourself. That’s why you need to have a balance between personal and professional life.
It’s important to have a vision and positive hope in life.
What are the required qualities to launch your start-up?
“My strategy: it’s better to launch and failed rather than to regret it. You need to build your background and your network.
You should have the culture of ‘delivery’ and a balance between professional and personal mind. Success comes from small successes.
It’s important to have a competitor mind, payment world is very small. So if you succeed one day or failed another day, you will be reconnected later.
My DNA is always to manage and make business with human values, to succeed with a group. Failure is not a mistake, it’s just an experience.”
