After obtaining a Master’s degree in private law (specialising in the taxation of cultural property) at the University of Avignon, and a Master’s degree in business law (specialising in tax and corporate law) at the University Paris II, Pantheon-Assas, Gabriel worked for French law firms, where he mainly assisted with M&A and tax matters for wine production and trade and metallurgic and agro-food industries clients, as well as for a Luxembourg law firm. He is a French native speaker and perfectly fluent in English. He has been a member of the French bar association since 2015 and of the Luxembourg Bar Association since 2021.
Gabriel advises Luxembourg and international companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters. He assists major domestic and foreign commercial companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on M&A matters, corporate governance, general corporate legal issues and commercial advice.
