After becoming a Juris doctor in Hungary at the Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest), Eszter obtained a LL. M in European Union Law at the University Carlos III de Madrid in Spain. She worked for law firms (both local and international) and companies (in-house positions) in Hungary, Spain, and Luxembourg.

She assists international companies and financial institutions on finance matters, including banking and capital markets. She focuses her practice on acquisition, leveraged, and real estate finance, as well as capital markets transactions, including securitisation transactions.

Eszter is a Hungarian native speaker, perfectly fluent in English and Spanish.
