He is advising fund managers and investors on all matters of investment fund law, with a particular focus on the structuring and setting-up of alternative investment funds (AIFs).

He is mainly focusing on private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds as well as general corporate law.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Eduard worked as a lawyer in the Singapore office of a major international law firm. He is a member of the German and Luxembourg Bars.

Eduard Westreicher studied in Cologne and Paris, holds a French maîtrise en droit from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as well as an LL.M. from the University of Cologne and holds the German first (2013) and second (2015) state exam in law.
