Denis Costermans, 51, is a founding partner at theCatalysts. He leads the services to the banking sector, with 25-year experience in the industry, where he provides a high-quality assistance in transformation and regulatory areas (AML, MiFID, ESG).

Prior to that, he contributed to the development of the new consulting company of Arendt, as Banking leader, after cinq years as consulting partner at EY and 15 years at Deloitte and Accenture in Strategy and Operations services. Throughout his career, he acted as advisor to decision makers and senior executives in small to large organizations in Luxembourg and abroad. He is competent in several areas of the financial sector, with a focus on Private Banking.

He is also the author of many industry studies, trainer on banking matters, regular speaker at conferences and author of articles on industry challenges.
